Gorilla takes epoxy to a new level – the tough Gorilla level. With its superior resistance to solvents and water, Gorilla’s epoxy adhesive is incredibly strong and durable for both home and automotive repairs. The easy-to-use syringe keeps the epoxy resin and hardener separate, so it’s easy to dispense and won’t harden over time. The two-part, space-filling formula easily bonds steel, aluminum, glass, wood, ceramic, tile, and most plastics. Plus, it dries perfectly and perfectly clear makes projects look spotless. Instructions: 1. Prepare your work area and surface: Gorilla epoxy is recommended to be used in a well-ventilated area. Surface Preparation: To improve adhesion, roughness of smooth surfaces before gluing. Then clean and dry all surfaces to be glued. 2. Mixing Gorilla Epoxy: Remove the black cap. With the tip pointing up, clip or cut the tip from the tip of the syringe. With the tip still pointing upwards, eliminate air and ensure even distribution by slowly pushing the plunger until both resin and hardener are at the tip. Push the plunger to distribute equal amounts of resin and hardener onto a clean disposable surface. Mix the two parts for 20 seconds until the mixture becomes homogeneous. 3. Application: After mixing is completed, apply Gorilla epoxy within 5 minutes. The epoxy mixture will continue to thicken and the bond strength will decrease the longer you wait to apply. 4. Installation: To reach maximum bonding strength, tape the project together and leave undisturbed. Important Curing Times Adjust: 5 minutes Apply and Handle Position: Leave to cure for 30 minutes without disturbing (no weighing or handling) Final Curing: Allow 24 hours to store Weight Bearing: To close, pull plunger back slightly.
