Clarks Coconut Cutting Board Oil is made using 100% Natural Refined Coconut Oil and is food safe! Renewable, sustainable, and of little use to our planet! Our Coconut Oil is formulated with all the things you want in a cutting board oil, and none of the things you don’t. Kitchen surfaces and utensils are battered. Between sharp knives, soapy water, and temperature fluctuations, wood begins to fade, warp, and corrode. This is when a good conditioning coconut oil is needed. Our Coconut Oil is specially formulated to have a very low viscosity so that it can be used for all your wooden kitchen items without spoiling like other vegetable oils.
Why use Clark’s cutting board oil
It penetrates deep into the wood with 100% natural, refined coconut oil and prevents cracking or warping
How to take care of your cutting board in 3 easy steps!
Proper maintenance of your cutting board, butcher block, or other wooden kitchen surfaces can provide a long life of use. Follow 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Clean the cutting board with soap containing natural ingredients
Step 2: Keep the cutting board with the highest grade of cutting board oil
Step 3: Protect your board with a wax finish made of beeswax and plenty of carnauba
Step 1: Clean your cutting board the natural way! No animal by-products (vegetarian) and no artificial thickeners or gels.
Regular cleaning of your cutting board or wooden kitchen utensils is critical to the health and safety of your family, friends or guests.
With Clark’s cutting board soap you’ll get a rich lather and a clean scent, and as an added bonus, it will wash everything, leaving nothing but a clean surface ready for your next meal, or to use Clark’s cutting board oil.
Step 2: Use CLARK’S Cutting Board Oil
Apply a generous amount of oil evenly to the surface of the wood and let it soak for 1-2 hours. Make sure to lubricate all sides.
If wetting the wood for the first time, apply the oil several times over a 24-hour period. Your new board may be very thirsty and may absorb too much oil.
Wipe off any excess oil and proceed to Step 3 (Protecting the Board with CLARK’S Wax).
Step 3: Protect with Termination
Bring that luster and shine back to your cutting boards. Clark’s oil and wax are great because they won’t discolor or discolor the wood.
EASY TO USE – Simply rub the wax onto the surface of the wood, let it sit for 30 minutes and get rid of any excess wax. Use the specially designed CLARK applicator and polishing pad to make this task easier!
